Black oven

When it comes to traditional black oven, the difference lies on the details. This model of black oven is a pristine version of the old traditional ovens.

 

 

The oven comes with reinforced 5.5in base in the baking chamber. On top of the base lies 1.2in of compact fire sand, which bares 1.6in fire plates in direct touch with it. Fire sand is also on top and sides of the dome. This way, the chamber has the maximum thermal capacity and insulation, to maintain the heat and ensure a gradually temperature drop, the key factor to delicious food. The outside decorative firebricks are available in two colors; classic yellow and dark brown.

 

White oven

The white oven has two main parts; the baking chamber (upper part) and the fire chamber (lower part).

 

 

In the baking chamber, the food is cooked. The chamber is made of 0.08in uncoated stainless steel. On top of the base lies 1.2in of compact fire sand, which bares 1.6in fire plates in direct touch with it. This way, the chamber has the maximum thermal capacity and insulation, to maintain the heat and ensure a gradually temperature drop, the key factor to delicious food. In fire chamber, the fire is lit with woods. Its base has firebricks for maximum heat accumulation and better performance.
